Even children don’t have to miss the atmosphere and red cheeks of Finlandia Ski Marathon. Lasten Finlandia (Children’s Finlandia) is a free ski event for children that go to school in the Lahti area. The event was first organized in 2014, when nearly 2000 young skiers got to enjoy the tracks of Lahti Sports Centre. Lasten Finlandia, which is held a couple weeks before the actual Finlandia Ski Marathon, is doing important work enabling everyone to enjoy the magic of winter sports.
