Completed All Finlandia-hiihto races

Now take off your hat, because we are going to talk about skiers who have participated all Finlandia-hiihto events since 1974. There are currently 17 such skiers. The oldest skiers are already approaching 90 years of age.

Hannu Vuorinen is youngest skier participated all races since 1974. He is still active in working life as well. Skiing and an active lifestyle have kept both mind and body fresh. Hannu skied his first Finlandia-hiihto at the age of 17. The first 75 km race took about 10 hours with wooden skis. There has been many unforgettable moments on the way. 

Hannu has also participated many international mass ski events in eight different countries. The arrangements in Finlandia-hiihto have mostly worked well. The sauna facility after skiing and the indoor equipment storage, dining and expo areas also receive positive feedback from Hannu.

Hannu has always made classic style and the longest distance option. It has also been good luck over the years to avoid illness during the Finlandia-hiihto weekend.
